Cooking Process
Let’s see how this Home Made Cerelac (Uggu) can be made now. The first step is to wash and dry the rice and pulses we have taken. We should do this in the shade rather than the sun to ensure that all of the moisture is gone. The nutrients we require are concentrated in them if they are dried in the shade like this.
In order to make a mixture that will last us three to six months, we must first dry each of the dry components individually and then combine them in a large bowl with all of the powders. When creating powder, it’s important to keep in mind that it should be somewhat gritty rather than soft. Store this powder in a glass bottle with your other powders.
